Ingredients
8 oz. Asian noodles or linguine
1/2 cup organic vegetable broth
3 Tbsp. Simple Truth Organic Shoyu Soy Sauce
3 Tbsp. Simple Truth Organic Creamy Peanut Butter
1-1/2 Tbsp. fresh ginger, minced
1-1/2 Tbsp. honey
2 tsp. chili paste
1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
1 tsp. garlic, minced
2 green onions, chopped
1/4 cup roasted peanuts, chopped
Directions
- Bring large pot of water to boil. Add noodles and cook until firm to the bite. Drain and set aside.
- In large saucepan, combine broth, ginger, soy sauce, peanut butter, honey, chili paste, crushed red pepper flakes and garlic. Cook over medium heat until peanut butter melts and is heated through.
- Add noodles; toss to coat. Garnish with green onions and peanuts.
