Homemade Herb Vinaigrette & Marinade
[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Move over mixing bowl, this herb-filled dressing presents sweetly (and neatly) in a lidded Mason jar or upcycled glass condiment jar. Prepare this vibrant vinaigrette recipe in a pint-sized container for the week – or, make a larger batch in a quart-sized jar to bring to potlucks and picnics. The combined tastes of tarragon-infused vinegar, garlic and flavorful dried organic herbs make this dressing work magic with any kind of salad or as a marinade for veggies. It’s simple – all it takes is a shake!
Homemade Herb Vinaigrette & Marinade
- 1/3 cup olive oil (or avocado oil)
- 2 Tbsp. tarragon-infused vinegar
- 1-2 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1/2 tsp. Simply Organic Ground Mustard Seed
- 1-2 Tbsp. Simply Organic Herbes de Provence
- 1/4 tsp. Simply Organic Dill Weed
- In pint-sized lidded jar, combine all ingredients.
- Replace cap, secure tightly and shake well.
- Pour over your favorite salad greens and veggies. Store remaining dressing in refrigerator.
