This spellbinding Halloween cocktail offers a bewitching blend of flavors, combining crisp apple cider with lime juice and sweet agave nectar. Orange bitters add an extra dose of mystery, and a splash of vodka helps you cast a spell of indulgence. Whether you're brewing up a cocktail or mocktail, this recipe adds eerie elegance to your evening. Drop in some dry ice, if you dare! Gather your cauldron and concoct this ghoulishly good elixir.
Halloween Cocktail: The Cider Web
- 2 oz. apple cider
- 1 oz. lime juice
- 3/4 oz. agave nectar
- Dash orange bitters
- Splash tonic water
Optional
- To mixer, add all ingredients except tonic and blend well.
- Pour in glass and add splash of tonic.
Note: Try it with dry ice! Dry ice is safe for using in cocktails as long as you do not swallow it while in its solid form. Use gloves and tongs during handling. A 1-inch chunk will settle to the bottom of the cocktail and disappear in about 5 minutes. You can sip the top of the drink, or for maximum safety, wait until dry ice dissolves completely.
