Started in 1964, Michael's Italian restaurant in Brooklyn still stands over half a century later. Today they continue to make this Napoli -style sauce in small batches using only imported Italian tomatoes, Italian olive oil, fresh garlic, olives, capers, anchovies, fresh parsley, fresh basil, red pepper and spices. The result is a classically delightful pasta sauce famous for its pungent flavor while not having an overly "fishy" flavor!
