Dairy-Free Summer Slaw with Tahini Dressing

Dairy-Free Summer Slaw with Tahini Dressing
- 1 large bowl
- 1 small bowl
- Whisk
- Wooden salad tongs
Rainbow slaw
- ¼ large green cabbage (thinly sliced)
- 1 large grated carrot
- 1-2 Tbsp. thinly minced celery
- 1 Tbsp. grated purple onion
- ? cup Simple Truth Organic Raisins
- 2 Tbsp. NOW Organic Raw Sesame Seeds
Tahini dressing
- 3 Tbsp. Chosen Foods Vegan Avocado Oil Mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. Bragg Organic Raw & Unfiltered Apple Cider Vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. Mighty Sesame Co. Tahini
- 1 Tbsp. California Olive Ranch Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/2 Tsp. Redmond Real Salt Ancient Fine Sea Salt
- ½ Tsp. Simply Organic Black Pepper
- In large bowl, combine rainbow slaw ingredients, except for sesame seeds.
- In small bowl, whisk all tahini dressing ingredients together until smooth.
- Pour dressing onto slaw and use tongs to toss evenly.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and serve.
- Store in sealed glass container and refrigerate until ready to serve.
