Directions

Cooking Instructions: Open bag of rice into colander and rinse thoroughly with cold water for one minute. Add rice to a non oiled pan on medium heat until dry. Cook rice in your favorite sauce or recipe on the stovetop or in microwave. Enjoy!

Low-Carb Chinese Fried Rice

This low-carb Chinese fried rice is a delicious and satisfying alternative that ditches the rice but keeps all the flavor. Made with Miracle Noodle Rice along with cauliflower rice instead of grains, this dish is packed with veggies, protein and savory goodness, leaving you craving seconds.

Low-Carb Chinese Fried Rice

  • 1 package of Miracle Rice
  • 1/2 cup cauliflower rice
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables
  • 5-6 prawns (shelled and deveined)
  • 1 large egg (beaten)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 Tbsp. coconut aminos
  • Olive oil
  1. In food processor, pulse cauliflower into rice-like shape. Set aside.
  2. Heat wok with olive oil and sauté garlic. Add prawns and stir fry for one minute.
  3. Add mixed vegetables and continue stir-frying.
  4. Add in cauliflower rice and Miracle Noodle rice and stir evenly.
  5. Cover wok and cook for 2 minutes.
  6. Create hole in center in of rice, add oil and pour in beaten egg. Stir fry to evenly distribute egg and add coconut aminos.
  7. Cover wok and cook for 2 minutes.
  8. Transfer to serving bowl.
