Typically ramen noodles are fired in oil to par-cook and dehydrate them, But our Muso From Japan organic ramen is air-dried!
Our concentrated broth is made with all vegan ingredients and full of umami flavor.

Cooking Instruction
Bring 17 fl oz (500 mL) water to boil
Add the noodle cake
Cook for 4 minutes
Turn the heat off and loosen noodles while adding the concentrated flavor packet. Mix thoroughly.
Add you own cooked vegetables, tofu, meat or seafood for a complete ramen meal!
