Viable super strain beneficial bacteria L. acidophilus NAS, to maximize digestion, absorption and regularity.

Suggested Use: Take 1 gram (approx. 1/2 level teaspoon) daily mixed with 6 oz. unchilled, filtered (chlorine-free) water, preferable before meals to optimize digestion.
