No-Bake Cacao-Walnut-Sesame Energy Balls

  • 1/4 cup Bob’s Red Mill Paleo Flour
  • 2 Tbsp. oat flour
  • 1 scoop Nutiva Plant Protein Powder (vanilla or chocolate)
  • 1/4 cup walnut meal
  • 3 Tbsp. pHresh Cacao Powder
  • 3 organic dates (seeded and diced, soaked for 5 minutes)
  • 1 Tbsp. Nutiva Hemp Seeds
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 3 Tbsp. SunButter Organic Sunflower Seed Butter
  • 1/4 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/8 tsp. sea salt
  • 1-1/2 Tbsp. sesame seeds
  1. In bowl, mix together all ingredients (except sesame seeds) until well combined.
  2. Scoop out mixture and roll into 1-inch balls.
  3. Roll each in sesame seeds.
