To make on stovetop:

Bring water and salt to a boil.

Stir in oats slowly.

Simmer 3-5 minutes over medium heat; stir occasionally.
Note: For creamier oatmeal, combine water, salt and oats; bring to a boil; cook as directed.
Make in Microwave: (one serving).

Microwave on High 2-4 minutes; stir before serving.

1/3 cup old fashioned oats
2 Tbsp. Swerve Granular Erythritol
Dash cinnamon
Dash salt
2/3 cup Silk Cashew Milk
2/3 cup water
Dash vanilla
Toppings
¼ cup strawberries
¼ cup blueberries
1 Tbsp. walnut pieces
Directions
- In a small pot, bring cashew milk and water to boil. Stir in oats, cinnamon, salt and vanilla. Let oats simmer for about 15 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in protein powder and erythritol.
- Transfer to a serving bowl and top with toppings.
