Directions
Kettle Directions: To Prepare, simply empty packet into bowl, add about 1/2 -2/3 cup (125-150 ml) of boiling water or as desired and stir.
Microwave Directions: Empty packet into bowl. Add about 2/3 cup (150 ml) of water and stir. Cook on HIGH for about 75 seconds or until desired consistency is reached. Stir and serve immediately.
Apple Cinnamon Overnight Oats
Ingredients:
1 packet of Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal
2/3 cup of your choice of milk
1/4 cup Greek yogurt
2 tbsp Qia® superfood Breakfast Topper
Toppings
Small handful of apple chunks and walnut pieces
Pinch of cinnamon
Directions
Mix all ingredients together and store in an airtight container in the fridge overnight. Before eating add toppings then enjoy!

Sunbutter & Jelly Overnight Oats (Vegan & Gluten-Free)

Prepping your breakfast tonight will make for a smoother morning tomorrow. With just a few minutes and a handful of ingredients, you can have delicious SunButter and jelly oats waiting for you in the refrigerator to eat at home or grab and go.
Serves: 2
Ingredients
1 cup steel cut oats
1 cup Milkadamia Macadamia Nut Milk
1 Tbsp. Nutiva Chia Seeds
4 Tbsp. Sunbutter sunflower seed butter
4 Tbsp. Crofters Organic Just Fruit Spread or make your own chia seed jam
Directions
- In two jars, divide oats, chia seeds and nut milk. Swirl in Sunbutter; top with jelly. Refrigerate overnight to set.
- Serve with fresh fruit, nuts or granola.
