Make on Stovetop:

Bring water and salt to a boil.

Stir in oats slowly.

Cook 1 minute over medium heat; stir occasionally.
Note: For creamier oatmeal, combine water, salt and oats; bring to a boil; cook as directed.
Make in Microwave: (one serving)

Combine water, salt and cereal in a medium sized microwavable bowl.

Microwave on HIGH 1½ - 2 minutes; stir before serving.
Caution: Bowl may be hot. Due to differences in microwave ovens, cook times may vary.

Moringa is a nutrient-dense superfood and the perfect ingredient to infuse these energy bites with a dose of green. Add a touch of peppermint extract for a minty treat that is as good for you as it tastes.
Ingredients
1 T. Moringa powder
1/2 cup quick oats
1/2 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 Tbsp. coconut oil
1/2 tsp. peppermint extract
1 Tbsp. water
2 Tbsp. mini chocolate chips
Directions
- In food processor, pulse moringa, oats and coconut flakes.
- Add syrup, oil, peppermint and water and pulse again until sticky batter forms.
- Add mini chocolate chips and pulse until distributed.
- With tablespoon, scoop batter out and roll into balls.
