Acai Vinaigrette With Greens & Berries
Salad
- 4 cups mixed salad greens
- 2 radishes (sliced)
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1/2 cup raw walnuts
Optional: 1/4 cup feta cheese
Acai Vinaigrette
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
- 1-1/2 tsp. Navitas Organics Acai Powder
- 1/4 tsp. thyme (dried)
- Pinch sea salt
Optional: 1/2 tsp. maple syrup
- Add salad ingredients to large serving bowl.
- In small jar, whisk together acai vinaigrette ingredients until well combined.
