Adequate calcium and vitamin D throughout life, as part of a well-balanced diet, may reduce the risk of osteoporosis. Osteo-K® provides additional nutritional support by combining calcium and vitamin D3 with MK4®.
To meet the people's unique nutritional needs, NBI created three versions of Osteo-K: original Osteo-K for those who need more calcium, Osteo-K Minis with less calcium, and calcium-free Osteo-MK4®.
In addition to providing 1000 mg/day of calcium (as calcium citrate) and vitamin 2000 IU/day of vitamin D3, Osteo-K also delivers 45 mg/day of MK4.
