Adequate calcium and vitamin D throughout life, as part of a well-balanced diet, may reduce the risk of osteoporosis. Osteo-MK4® provides additional nutritional support by combining vitamin D3 with MK4®.
To meet the people's unique nutritional needs, NBI created three versions of Osteo-K: original Osteo-K® for those who need more calcium, Osteo-K Minis with less calcium, and calcium-free Osteo-MK4.
Osteo-MK4 provides 45 mg/day of MK4 and 2000 IU/day of vitamin D3.
