CardioAid®-S Plant Sterol Esters is a combination of the ester forms of Beta-Sitosterol, Campesterol and Stigmasterol. For those who generally know they should eat healthier but struggle nonetheless, perhaps it is a question of knowing how to easily incorporate better daily food choices. Heart Healthy Eating Strategies

Emphasize plant foods
