Diindolymethane, or DIM is a phytochemical that's a natural metabolite of certain compounds found in cruciferous vegetables such as broccoli, Brussels sprouts and cabbage. We've included calcium-D-glucarate to help support a process called glucuronidation, an important mechanism of detoxification that aids in the elimination of certain environmental toxins from the body.
