DIY Aromatherapy Arthritis & Pain Relief Cream

  • 4 oz. unrefined coconut oil
  • 20-30 drops myrrh essential oil
  • 20-30 drops pure frankincense essential oil
  • 10 drops pure ginger essential oil
  1. In small bowl, mix together all ingredients until well blended.
  2. Pour into resealable glass jar.
  3. To use, massage ointment over areas where you feel pain. Use twice daily.
