Keto Chile Lime Salmon Wraps
- 1 can (16 oz.) wild salmon (or tuna, drained, skin and bones removed)
- 2 Tbsp. chile lime crema sauce
- 1 Tbsp. red onion or scallion (minced)
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 keto sandwich wraps (any flavor desired)
- 1 cup mixed baby greens
- 1 cup carrots (shredded)
- 1/4 cup radish (julienned or shredded)
- 2 Tbsp. roasted pistachios (shelled and chopped)
- 1/2 cup micro greens (or sprouts)
- In bowl, mix together salmon, chile-lime crema sauce, red onion and salt. Combine thoroughly.
- On plates, lay out two wraps, layer baby greens in center, top with salmon mixture, carrots, radish and microgreens. Sprinkle on chopped pistachios and drizzle with a little extra chile lime sauce. Roll up wraps and serve immediately.
