Bromelain is derived from pineapple (Ananas comosus), and is an enzyme found in pineapple stems. Each capsule contains 500mg of Bromelain. Take 1 capsule for 500mg or 2 for a 1000 mg serving. They are non-GMO, gluten free, and vegan friendly.
