How To
Step 1
Add water or milk to dotted line (7 oz). Turn upside down and shake well. Do not top off.
Step 2
Refrigerate before bed. We recommend at least 4 hours, overnight is perfect!
Step 3
Wake and Shake. Enjoy on the go.
After mixing, keep refrigerated until ready to consume and enjoy within 36 hours.
