Grilled Teriyaki Tofu Steaks With Bok Choy
- 2 16 oz. firm tofu blocks
- 2 bok choy
- Teriyaki sauce
- Olive oil
- Green onions (sliced)
- Cashews (chopped)
- Sesame seeds
- Preheat grill to high heat.
- Using cookie cutter, shape tofu into round steak.
- Drizzle teriyaki sauce over tofu and marinate for 10 minutes.
- Season bok choy with olive oil, salt and pepper.
- Sprinkle tofu with salt and pepper.
- Add tofu and bok choy to hot grill, sear 2-3 minutes per side and remove from grill.
- Add chopped cashews, green onion and drizzle of teriyaki sauce to tofu steaks.
- Drizzle olive oil over bok choy and finish with sesame seeds.
