Hair-Nourishing Winter Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
- ½ cup cooked sweet potato (chilled or frozen)
- ½ cup almond milk
- 2 Tbsp. maple syrup
- 1 Tbsp. almond butter (or cashew butter)
- 1 scoop Codeage Biotin Marine Collagen Peptides
- 1 capsule Codeage InstantFood Five a Day Fruits + Vegetables (powder emptied from capsule)
- 1 tsp. turmeric powder
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- ¼ tsp. ground ginger
- Pinch sea salt
Toppings
- Pumpkin seeds
- Berries
- Coconut flakes
- In blender or food processor, blend all ingredients until completely smooth. (Note: Add more milk if thinner texture is desired.)
- Pour into bowl and top with pumpkin seeds, berries and coconut flakes.
