Farmer Brewin Grew This Pure veganic red wheat in Alberta, Canada. Roy's grandfather found the ideal homestead here in 1906.

Discover the benefits of adding a variety of pure, non-hybridized whole grains to your diet. The Non-
GMO Project Verified whole grain wheat is prized for its natural goodness and remarkable flavor. We grow it using veganic farming methods - in soil enriched by crop rotation and plant-based fertilizer, without the use of animal by-producs or compounds that may be harmful to people and the planet.

Once harvest is done, we sprout our grains, triggering an explosion of taste and increasing vital nutrients. We retain 100% of the grain's bran and germ, and preserve nutrients by keeping temperatures low when processing our raw flour.

These jackfruit empanadas incorporate onion, red bell pepper, fresh garlic, tomato paste and a handful of other savory, sweet and umami ingredients. Make the dough with sprouted wheat flour, some superfood seeds, lemon and a pinch of salt for a clean-eating hand pie that will astound and delight everyone who comes to sit at your table.
