Ingredients
8 oz.
brewed coffee
1 scoop
pumpkin seed protein
¼ cup
vanilla almond milk (unsweetened or sweetened)
tsp.
pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp.
vanilla extract
Directions
Using a hand blender or mini whisk, blend together protein, almond milk, pumpkin spice and vanilla extract. Whisk in coffee a little at a time. Optional: Whisk or froth almond milk for topping and sprinkle with cinnamon.
