Soft, moist, and lightly sweetened with blackstrap molasses, they’re the perfect bite-sized reward for good behavior, birthdays, or just-because moments. Bake a batch and watch those tails wag!
Pumpkin Mini Bundts for Pups
- 2/3 cup whole oat flour
- 1/2 cup pumpkin? (canned)
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup water
- 3 Tbsp. flaxseed meal
- 2 Tbsp. blackstrap molasses
- 2 tsp. baking soda
Optional: 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Spray mini-bundt pan with non-stick spray.
- In medium bowl, whisk together dry ingredients.
- Add wet ingredients and mix thoroughly.
- Smooth batter into cups.
- Bake 15-20 minutes or until toothpick inserted in the center of each comes out clean.
- Let rest in pan until cool before turning out onto a wire rack.
- Store cake in airtight container in refrigerator for up to 5 days. Freeze for 2+ months.
