Gentle & soothing, calendula is ideal nourishment for sensitive skin that requires the lightest touch. Our recommendation for babies. A maceration of certified organic Calendula officinalis flowers in cold-pressed Helianthus annuus seed oil from France.
Composition at a glance: Complex fatty acids, depending on the oil used for the maceration. Known for its anti-inflammatory faradiol esters, antioxidant carotenoids and flavanoids.
Color and texture: Pale and bright yellow oil. Medium absorption; sometimes additional massaging into the skin is needed.
Smell: Discreet and neutral.
About: The phytosterols and unsaponifiables contained in Calendula oil make it a particularly good choice for everyone. Calendula is an ally of babies and their sensitive skin, and is often used as a moisturizer for infants. Safe and easy to use, Calendula oil can be applied on its own, or combined with other soothing essential oils such as Lavender or German Chamomile.
How to Use: Apply Calendula oil to the desired area and gently massage. For sensitive or dry skin, add 4 drops of Calendula oil to moisturize after shaving.
