Chocolate Chip Brownies With Walnuts
- 1 cup coconut sugar
- 2/3 cup olive oil
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 1/4 cups oat flour
- 3/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup walnuts (chopped)
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- In large bowl, combine coconut sugar, olive oil, eggs and vanilla.
- Add in oat flour, cocoa powder and salt. Stir until well combined.
- Stir in chocolate chips and 2/3 cup of walnuts.
- Pour batter into prepared 8x8 pan. Top with remaining walnuts and press down gently.
- Bake for 35-45 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
