Lemonade Creatine Post-Workout
- 8 oz. water
- 2-4 Tbsp. lemon juice (to taste)
- 1 scoop Codeage Liposomal Creatine Monohydrate Powder
- 1 drop lemon extract (or food-grade lemon essential oil)
- 1 tsp. honey or sweetener to taste (stevia drops, monk fruit, etc)
- Pinch of sea salt
Optional: 1 drop trace mineral drops
- Using a shaker cup or blender, combine ingredients and pour over ice.
- For frozen lemonade, blend ingredients with 1/2 cup ice and serve immediately.
