Directions
Cooking:
Add 1 cup Sprouted Rolled Oats to 2 cups boiling water or milk. Lower heat, cover, & simmer about 15 minutes, or until desired consistency is reached. Season to taste & serve.

Pumpkin Spice Maca Overnight Oats

When ready to eat, garnish with nuts, berries, apples, bananas, homemade granola, pumpkin seeds or coconut flakes. You can also add a tablespoon of pumpkin puree for a full pumpkin pie experience!
Yields 1 serving
Ingredients
1 serving Fermented Maca Booster Powder
1/2 cup rolled oats
3/4 cup almond milk or milk of choice
1-2 tsp. chia seeds
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. ginger
1 pinch allspice
1 tsp. maple syrup
Directions
1. In bowl, mix cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger and allspice. Set aside.
2. In another bowl or mason jar, combine remaining ingredients. Add spice mixture and stir. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
3. The next day, simply add toppings and enjoy!
