Protein Punch Yogurt Cups (Dairy Free)
Can it get any easier? DIY yogurt cups are a convenient and nutritious grab-and-go breakfast or snack. Simple to make and satisfying to eat, this recipe comes together with almond yogurt, vanilla egg white protein, crunchy granola and your favorite fruit. One of the great traits of
egg white protein is that it effortlessly mixes in smooth, with no grit or overpowering taste. Simply stir this up, sprinkle on toppings, savor the moment and seize the day!
Protein Punch Yogurt Cups (Dairy Free)
- 1 cup plain almond yogurt
- 2 Tbsp. vanilla egg white protein powder
- 1/2 cup granola
- Sliced fruit (kiwi, clementine, berries, etc.)
- In cup, combine protein powder and yogurt.
- Top with granola and fruit.
Note: If batch prepping, mix together protein and yogurt, add fruit and refrigerate. Keep granola separate to prevent sogginess.
