Rosemary Sweet Corn Turkey Meatloaf

Not only does this revamped meatloaf bring a burst of flavor to your plate, but the added vegetables also ensure a juicy and moist turkey, making it a win-win for both taste buds and health-conscious eaters.
Rosemary Sweet Corn Turkey Meatloaf
- 2 lbs. ground turkey
- 2 cups sweet corn kernels
- 8 oz. white mushrooms (chopped)
- 1/2 cup white onion (chopped)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 8 sprigs fresh rosemary (stems removed, finely chopped)
- 4 oz. gluten-free bread crumbs
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 tsp. dried parsley
- 2 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. fennel seed (ground)
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. white pepper
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Set out 9x5-inch loaf pan.
- In small bowl, combine all spices.
- In large bowl, add all ingredients. Use hands to combine well. Form into loaf shape and place in loaf pan.
- Bake 75 minutes, then turn oven to broil 3-5 minutes at end to brown top.
