Meatier, smokier, earthier, these are just a few words used to describe our dried Shiitake Mushrooms! Grown on American hardwoods using regenerative farming techniques, these mushrooms are packed with umami flavor and contain more nutrients than common varieties like buttons and portabellas. There is no need to clean our mushrooms, simply rehydrate and add to your favorite dish!
To Rehydrate: Place the dried mushrooms in boiling water, cover, and soak for about 20 minutes until the caps are tender. Cut the stems off and start your recipe!
