Slow Cooker Barbecue Pulled Chicken
Ah, barbecue. Such good-time food! But when you can’t fire up the grill for the whole experience, this recipe recreates a smoky favorite in your slow cooker. By combining lean chicken breast with juicy thighs, this pulled chicken achieves the perfect moist and meaty texture. For the sauce, you’ll start with a mustard base, then add simple pantry staples to reach next-level tanginess with the perfect hint of sweet. Serve on toasted buns with some
homemade coleslaw and throw a barbecue in the great indoors!
