Directions
Microwave: Place contents into microwave-safe dish; cover loosely. Cook on high until warm. Stir and continue cooking on high until hot. Season to taste and serve.

Pineapple & Black Bean Guacamole Party Dip
You don’t have to be hosting a fancy fiesta to enjoy this zesty dip! This chunky guacamole recipe combines the tasty Mexican flavors you already love (cumin, cilantro? yes, please!) with sweet, juicy pineapple. Perfect for a midday snack or game day, this easy-to-make dish is a culinary win.
Ingredients
2 medium avocados, halved, seeded & peeled
1/4 cup salsa verde
1 tbsp. sour cream
4 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 cup Simple Truth organic refried black beans, rinsed & drained
1 fresh jalapeno chili pepper, seeded & minced
2 tbsps. red onion, finely chopped
2 tbsps. fresh cilantro, chopped
1 tbsp. fresh garlic, minced
1 tbsp. lime juice
1/4 tsp. Simple Truth organic ground cumin
1/4 tsp. salt
1 bag tortilla chips
Directions
- In large bowl, mash avocados.
- Stir in salsa and sour cream until combined. Mix in pineapple, beans, jalapeno, onion, cilantro, garlic, lime juice, salt and cumin.
- Cover and chill for two hours or until ready to eat. Serve with tortilla chips.
