Tirokafteri: Greek Spicy Feta Dip

This beloved dip layers feta’s rich tanginess with the smoky sweetness of roasted red peppers and the heat of garlic and jalapeño, creating a deliciously complex bite. Ready in just 10 minutes, this spicy feta dip is made for sharing and guaranteed to steal the show at any gathering. Serve it with grilled bread, pita chips, crackers or fresh veggies for a crowd-pleasing treat.
Tirokafteri: Greek Spicy Feta Dip
- 10 oz. block Greek feta cheese (break into chunks)
- 1 jalapeño (trimmed, seeds removed, rough chopped)
- 2 roasted red peppers (rough chopped)
- 3 garlic cloves (chopped)
- 1 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. parsley (finely chopped for garnish)
- 5 kalamata olives (pitted and chopped)
Dip
- In large food processor with the blade attachment, add feta, jalapeño pepper, roasted red peppers, garlic and red wine vinegar.
- Close lid and blend until ingredients are slightly broken down.
- Set speed to low and slowly drizzle in about 2 tablespoons olive oil until mixture becomes smooth.
Assembly
- Spread dip on serving plate or in serving bowl. Drizzle with small amount of olive oil. Garnish with a few feta crumbles, parsley and chopped kalamata olives.
- Serve with grilled bread, crackers, pita chips or fresh veggies.
