Citrus-Salted Watermelon Cubes
- 1/4 cup kosher salt
- 1 large watermelon (cubed)
- 1/2 tsp. lemon zest
- 1/2 tsp. lime zest
- Slice watermelon and remove skin.
- Cut the watermelon into 1-in. cubes and set aside.
- In small bowl, combine salt, lemon and lime zest.
- Sprinkle on top of cubed watermelon.
