Solaray® borage seed oil is one of nature's most plentiful sources of GLA (gamma linolenic acid) and typically contains a higher percentage of GLA than evening primrose oil or black currant seed oil. Borage seed oil also contains other important fatty acids such as linoleic acid, oleic acid, and palmitic acid. Solaray® Borage Seed Oil is harvested from the seed by a process known as cold pressing.
