Iced Pumpkin Caramel Latte
- 1 cup oat milk
- 2 Tbsp. pure pumpkin puree
- 1-1/2 Tbsp. caramel sauce (plus more for drizzling)
- 1/4 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
- 1.5 oz. brewed espresso
- Whipped cream (for serving)
- In a liquid measuring cup or tall glass, whisk together milk, pumpkin puree, caramel sauce and pumpkin pie spice with milk frother until desired consistency.
- Fill a serving glass with ice. Pour in espresso followed by milk mixture.
- Top with whipped cream and additional caramel sauce.
