Sweeten your day with Swerve Fudge Brownie Mix. With 50% less sugar per prepared serving than the leading brownie mixes, this gluten-free delight delivers moist texture and rich, ooey gooey chocolatey taste. With 15g net carbs per serving, these delicious, convenient and easy-to-make brownies are sure to delight.


Directions

Makes 12 Brownies

  • 1 box brownie mix
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup melted, unsalted butter
  • 2 Tbsp water

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Prep by greasing 8"x8" square pan with butter or lining bottom of pan with parchment paper.

Add brownie mix, egg, melted butter, and water to a large bowl.

Mix until well combined. Batter will be thick.

Pour batter into prepared pan and spread evenly.

Bake for 28-33 minutes, until edges are set and center is nearly set. Let cool completely, then run a knife or spatula around the sides and bottom to loosen before removing from pan.

 

Optional: Mix in 1/2 cup of chocolate chips or nuts before pouring batter into pan.

  • 1 cup vegan butter (softened)
  • 1-1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp. cardamom
  • 1/16 tsp. ground clove
  • 3-1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 Tbsp. oat milk (as needed)
  1. In stand mixer bowl or regular bowl, combine all ingredients together (except for the oat milk) and mix on low, bringing up speed as it comes together. Slowly add the oat milk as needed to help desired consistency.
  2. Use immediately for cake, cupcakes or whatever you’d like.
