Nearly all the strontium in the human body is found in bone and connective tissue. It's not surprising that in scientific studies, strontium has been shown to support new bone formation and increased bone mass, and enhance bone strength. Strontium supports bone formation and healthy bone mineral density (BMD). Since strontium and calcium compete for absorption, it is important to take this supplement two hours before or after a calcium-containing product.
Directions

Recommendations: 2 capsules daily. For optimal absorption, take at least two hours apart from calcium supplements or foods that have a high calcium content.
