Mango Energy Bites

  • 2 cups gluten-free old fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 cup Wildly Organic coconut oil (melted)
  • 1/4 cup Wildly Organic coconut syrup
  • 4 dates
  • 2 Tbsp. flax seed meal
  • 1-1/2 cups Wildly Organic dried mango slices (diced)
  1. In food processor, pulse all ingredients until finely chopped; transfer to bowl and refrigerate 15-25 minutes to harden.
  2. Using hands or cookie scoop, roll dough into balls. Arrange on plate and refrigerate 5 minutes to harden.

  3. Refrigerate or freeze leftover energy bites in airtight container or freezer bag.
