Homemade Dog Food in the Slow Cooker

  • 3 lbs. ground turkey or chicken (raw)
  • 1-1/2 cups brown rice (uncooked)
  • 2 large sweet potatoes (diced)
  • 5 oz. spinach (fresh)
  • 14 oz. fresh green beans (chopped)
  • 4 cups water
  1. Add all ingredients to 6+ quart slow cooker.
  2. Stir thoroughly to combine.
  3. Cover and cook on medium for 3-5 hours, stirring occasionally.
  4. Let cool completely before serving.
