The pads are infused with essential oils, which creates a gentle, ""cooling"" sensation that helps you have a comfortable period. Pad Materials: 100% certified organic cotton (top sheet), elemental chlorine-free natural wood pulp and polypropylene (absorption), sodium polyacrylate (super absorbent core), calcium carbonate and polyethylene (backsheet to prevent leakage), hot melt glue (adheres pad layers), polyethylene and polyethylene terephthalate (nonwoven leak guard).
