Light, golden, and perfectly stackable. This versatile, gluten free batter makes delicate, almost crepe-like pancakes, crispity waffles and even crunchy-crusted donuts anytime you need ‘em.
Stuff You'll Need:

2 Large Eggs

1/4 Cup Cold Water

5 Tablespoons Oil
*Or just the whites from 3 large eggs if you're watching your cholesterol.

Dump the mix into a bowl. Add the eggs, water, and oil. Stir everything together until the batter is smooth. Lump - Free. Nobody likes a lump. **Do not eat raw batter.

Warm a pan over medium heat. Add a little oil or butter to start, and add more between batches (because every pancake should be a first pancake)

Scoop the ladleful of batter and pour it into the pan. When cute little bubbles start to appear on the surface, flip it. (and if the flip isn't perfect, eat that one first. It's traditional)
