Quick & Easy Homemade Coconut Milk
Making homemade plant-based milk is really quite easy, and the fresh taste is unbeatable by anything found at the store. This DIY coconut milk recipe could possibly be the easiest ever! It starts with
coconut manna, a tasty, whole food made of pure, dried coconut flesh, and blends in just three other ingredients. If you drink a lot of coconut milk and use it in smoothies, for baking and other recipes, seriously consider simply making your own. You won’t go back to store-bought.
Quick & Easy Homemade Coconut Milk
- 1/3 cup Nutiva Organic Coconut Manna
- 1/2 tsp. organic maple syrup
- Pinch sea salt
- 1 cup water
- In saucepan over low heat, melt coconut manna.
- In blender, combine water, maple syrup, salt and coconut manna. Blend until well combined, about 10 seconds.
- Pour into glass jar or container with lid and store in refrigerator.
