Pumpkin Pie Parfait

Layered with creamy Greek yogurt, rich pumpkin puree, crunchy granola and walnuts, and a hint of aromatic pumpkin pie spice, this parfait is a delicious seasonal treat that's easy to prepare.
Pumpkin Pie Parfait
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 2 tsp. honey (optional)
- 1/2 cup granola
- 1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- Cinnamon stick (for garnish)
- Star anise (for garnish)
- In bottom of glass or jar, stir together honey and yogurt.
- In small bowl, stir pumpkin pie spice into pumpkin puree, then layer onto yogurt.
- On top, layer on granola and walnuts.
- Garnish with star anise and cinnamon stick.
