• Adults and children 6 years of age and older; Chew tablet briefly and brush teeth thoroughly, preferably after each meal or at least twice a day, or as directed by a dentist or doctor. Do not swallow tablet.
• Supervise children under 6 years of age for brushing and rinsing.
How to Use:
Crunch: Pop one tablet into your mouth and give it a quick crunch with your teeth to break it down.
Brush: Grab your we toothbrush and start brushing like normal, preferably after each meal or at least twice a day, or as directed by a dentist or doctor. The crushed tablet will foam up just like regular toothpaste.
Rinse: Rinse and you're done! Smile! Enjoy that clean, fresh feeling and flash your best smile.
