High Protein Apple Pie Overnight Oats
- 1 cup Bob’s Red Mill High Protein Oats
- 1 cup oat milk or milk of choice
- 1 medium apple (diced)
- 1/2 cup whole milk Greek yogurt or non-dairy yogurt
- 1 Tbsp. maple syrup
- 1 Tbsp. chia seeds
Seasoning Blend
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 pinch ground nutmeg
- 1 pinch Kosher salt
Optional: Chopped pecans
- Combine ingredients in container of choice and mix well.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight or at least four hours.
- Add optional toppings and enjoy cold.
