  • 1 can (16 oz.) wild salmon (or tuna, drained, skin and bones removed)
  • 2 Tbsp. chile lime crema sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. red onion or scallion (minced)
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 keto sandwich wraps (any flavor desired)
  • 1 cup mixed baby greens
  • 1 cup carrots (shredded)
  • 1/4 cup radish (julienned or shredded)
  • 2 Tbsp. roasted pistachios (shelled and chopped)
  • 1/2 cup micro greens (or sprouts)
  1. In bowl, mix together salmon, chile-lime crema sauce, red onion and salt. Combine thoroughly.
